AS9100 Registration: How Much Does it Cost

The cost of ISO 9001:2000 Registration will vary depending on the size and complexity of your organization and on whether you already have some elements of a quality management system in place. We have prepared some figures for you so you can get an idea of what you would need to spend.

AS9100 Registration costs have 3 parts:

1. Contracting a Registrar - The registration audit is performed by a Registrar and the cost will depend on how big and how complex your organization is. They will charge you depending on how many audit days they spend at your organization. There will be travel costs if the Registrar is not local and there are administrative and accreditation fees as well. Contact a Registrar directly to obtain a quote for their services for your company.

2. Internal Cost - the time your employees will need to spend building and implementing the system. Our free Quick Start guide can help you estimate the time needed from employees throughout the project.

3. Outside help - This is either consultant fees or the purchasing of tools to help you with the project. You can save quite a bit of money if you do not need a consultant. Use our All-in-One Documentation and Training Package to simplify your job.
